Carbon Offsetting Certification

Spillah® is in the process of getting carbon neutral certification.

There are actually two parts to being carbon neutral.

The first one is making the company running Spillah®, Spillsales Pty Ltd, carbon neutral. This quite simple and quick to do. We are currently doing this through Todae. Check them out at todae.com.au.

Spillsales Pty Ltd is already sourcing its electricity through Jack Green. Check them out at jackgreen.com.au.

The second stage og being carbon neutral is getting the actual product, in this case Spillahs®, certified. This is a longer process because it requires study and analysis of the production process, delivery, storage and a whole lot of other things that I can't figure out. Then a figure of the carbon output per Spillah® is worked out. Spillsales Pty Ltd then pays this amount for every spillah produced on carbon offsetting.

The figure per Spillah® is included in the price per spillah, as are our charity, peace and environmental donations. It is not added on to the price you pay per Spillah®.
